FRAMES

Our sturdy frames are made from Southland Silver Beech. It is a Native hardwood to New Zealand and the only of its kind to have FSC certification for sustainability. It is not treated with chemical preservatives so is environmentally friendly and is considered the gold standard in NZ furniture frame making. We offer a 10 year warranty on our frames.

SEAT SUSPENSION

All of our seats are produced using elastic webbing in a double weave configuration to create seats that can handle the pressure of time. While some sofa’s use “Z” springs, 14 gauge steel springs, or single weave webbing we prefer the lightweight and durable dependability of webbing. We offer a 10 year warranty on our seat suspension

Elephant Foam
A high density, hardwearing foam designed to be incredibly durable and long-lasting. This is used as a core for our seats and is available in soft, medium, firm, and very firm.

Feather
A well known natural material lauded for its softness and comfort, feather is available as an option in both our seats and backs

Blown Polyester Fibre
A stabilising material used to wrap our elephant foam cores or as a mix to provide stability to the feather. Used in the seat and back.
